According to the officials, Noida police arrested five people and while interrogating them they told them Elvish Yadav was associated with the gang. Although he has not been arrested yet, soon he will be asked for investigation by officials.

Indian YouTuber and a well-known show Bigg Boss Ott winner Elvish Yadav has been booked for allegedly supplying snake poison at a rave party in Noida Sector-51 on Thursday night. The FIR has been registered under various sections of the Wildlife Act and animal cruelty of IPC section 120B.
There is a video that went viral on Thursday night where Elvish was seen playing with snakes. Nine snakes such as five cobras, red snake, twin-head snakes, and one python were recovered from the rave party. A plastic container was also recovered from there with a 20 to 25 ml snake venom.

While a case has been registered against him, on the hand his team has denied saying he was in Mumbai and the video was fake. According to the Elvish rave party, the snake charges are false.
